Boiler Maintenance, Breakdowns and Repairs
Boiler maintenance is paramount for continuous heating, we carry out breakdown work on all makes of domestic and light commercial boilers.
There is nothing worse than waking up to find out you have no hot water or heating in the middle of winter. Our aim is to rectify the fault as quickly as possible. If un-stocked parts are required we’ll go out of our way to source the necessary part and continue the same day until we get you up and running again. We do not charge a call out fee, we only charge for the time we are working, which is calculated on an hourly rate and your postcode area. If the boiler is beyond economical repair, we’ll treat the visit as a free estimate and do not charge you for coming out.

Servicing
Whether we installed your boiler or not, we would still love to have you as a service customer.
Our servicing does not tie you into a contract or insurance policy where there is a regular monthly direct debit coming out of your account. We take this approach because we feel that a lot of these types of cover plans are not worth the paper they’re written on and find as is the case with so many insurance policies when you really do want to claim you find you’re not covered for that particular problem leaving you feeling cheated and left having to pay anyway.
Our boiler servicing works differently as it is primarily preventative boiler maintenance, not just on the boiler but on the whole heating system.
Our Service is fantastic value for money as you are getting much more than just a boiler service.
We’ll go out of our way to check every part of your heating system and look for and advise you on potential weak points which could cause problems later. Every central heating system needs attention in different areas and our engineers know what to touch and what to leave well alone to keep breakdowns to a minimum. We feel that our central heating ‘MOT’ is a much more common sense approach to servicing rather than waiting for something to break down and possibly cause more damage to the appliance and more stress for you!
We know for a fact that this preventative method of servicing reduces breakdowns and we have a well established database of satisfied service customers to prove it.
Please note this is a full central heating health check. NOT JUST A BOILER SERVICE
The process may include bleeding radiators, checking controls, looking for leaks, checking levels of corrosion inhibitor so please bare this in mind when comparing us to our competitors.
The price for this is again based on our hourly rate system and post code area which is all detailed on our company charges page. Boiler services do not normally take more than 1 hour except back boiler which can if in poor condition take up to 2 hours to service properly.

Vaillant and Alpha have a proven track record in the boiler industry for reliability, performance and innovation. This is why we will always recommend one of their products and get you the best possible deal.
At present we are offering very competitive 5, 7 and 9 year warranties depending on the model you choose.
Although we recommend these particular manufacturers, we won’t turn our noses up if you have chosen to fit another brand through recommendation or past experience.
