Run your mains water tap which is either your outside tap or the kitchen cold tap as fast as it will go into a measuring jug.
Start a stop watch as you turn the tap on and fill the jug for 10 seconds only, then turn it off.
Select below the amount in litres shown in the jug to the nearest 100ml mark.
