A problem we regularly come across when designing cloakrooms is the need for a practical wash hand basin as well as the toilet.

Quite often there is hardly anywhere to put a wash hand basin without obstructing the entrance. The compromise for this is to buy a very skinny one, but you can barley fit your hands in it. Not ideal. Plus the extra job of chasing the pipework into the wall to avoid box work also adds labour costs.
